Step 1:

Follow this link and then click on the blue “DUO Support Desk” button to set up the “University of California – Irvine” DUO Hardware Token:

Step 2:

Once you have signed in with your UCInetID and password you will select the “Enrollment” button at the top left. 
Do not click on “start setup”.

Step 3:

On the next page select the button for
“DUO Hardware Token Registration”.

Step 4:

Here you will enter the serial number found on the back of your hardware token and then click “Register”. 

Your hardware token is now registered to your account!
