How Do I Setup Duo Without a Smart Phone?

Complete these steps in this order:

For HS Duo:  You can go through the normal setup process and choose “landline” to have Duo call you either on your non-smart phone or landline.

For Campus Duo:  You can request a hardware token from our self-service catalog
Once received follow these instructions for adding the hardware token to your account.

How Do I Access / Submit Expense Reports?

In order to access KFS you will need to first connected to the Campus VPN:
https://www.oit.uci.edu/services/security/vpn/

Once connected to the Campus VPN you will then be able to log in to KFS:
https://systems.oit.uci.edu/kfs/webapp/dashboard/home

The Campus VPN and KFS is supported by OIT.

Can I still access my Tenet email after Day One? (03/27/2024)

Yes! You will be able to access your Tenet email for up to 90 days after Day One. For support with accessing your Tenet email, please call (800)-639-7575.

Can I still access Cerner after day one?

Yes! Your access to Cerner will not be lost. 

What if my UCInetID is not listed in the Password Manager portal?

You will need to manually activate your UCInetID. Follow the link below for instructions.
